I spent over a year eating my way through tape and scripts, stressing about framing and representation, and working with a caring and intelligent group of reporting all-stars to bring Suspect into the world. I've never worked on a show that looks this deeply at flaws in the criminal justice system, while keeping those who are most affected at the center of the reporting. I’m so proud of the whole team for sticking to the vision we had from the beginning, and keeping what mattered most at the heart of the work.
